Finding an inspector can be.... tough. Having gone through this process many times, I was dreading it. But the guys from Team Patriot were the opposite of my past experiences. They were lovely to deal with and on time for the inspection. They took their time and let me walk around with them and ask amateur questions. They found so many things that a normal person wouldn't even notice. We even hired these guys to do my mother-in-law's new house because we knew we would have fantastic service. I highly recommend these guys for any inspection that you might need.
